Order Status

- I have not received confirmation for my order

Under normal circumstances, you should have received a confirmation email for your order from the following sender: mypouf.com (customercare@mypouf.com) and subject: Order placed successfully – mypouf.com

If you have not received the email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

- How do I clean my product?

- Can I see Mypouf products in a physical store?

Currently, we have no physical store. Mypouf has been selling its products through our online shop since 2007. - Can I have my pouf personalized?

In most cases, you can have your pouf personalized with your name, a phrase or company logo. Please refer to the relevant section in the product page

Can I order a product with different dimensions to the ones shown on the web?

In Mypouf we design and manufacture all our products and we offer a made to measure service at a cost, if you need it. You just have to tell us the measurements you require and we will get back to you with a quotation for your approval.

Refill

- How much refill do I need to buy for my pouf?

To know how much refill you need to buy for your pouf, please send us a message to customercare@mypouf.com with the following details:

  1. Model and size (e.g. The Pear XL or M…)
  2. If you do not know the model, then tell us the measurements (width, height and depth)
  3. Current state of the pouf filling (almost full, half full..)
